Connecticut State Library

Features objects from the Connecticut State Library, which owns collections of modern and historical records from the three branches of State government documenting the evolution of state public policy and its implementation, the rights and claims of citizens, and the history of Connecticut and its people. The Connecticut State Library includes the State Archives and the Museum of Connecticut History and is an Executive Branch agency of the State of Connecticut. Our mission is to preserve and make accessible Connecticut's history and heritage & to advance the development of library services statewide.
