2. Subscriptions

Our subscription plans (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) provide premium features such as priority support and advanced filtering tools. Since these are digital services that are accessible immediately upon payment:

• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers.
• If you are dissatisfied with the service, you must request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
• After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel your renewal at any time.

3. Donations

Donations made to eBookmela are voluntary contributions used to support our mission of providing free knowledge. As such:

• Donations are generally non-refundable.
• If a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate transaction or incorrect amount), please contact our support team within 48 hours to request a correction.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team at support@pdfforest.in with your transaction ID and the reason for your request. We aim to process all valid refund requests within 5-7 business days.

5. Transaction Fees

Please note that any transaction fees charged by payment processors (like Razorpay) may be deducted from the final refund amount depending on the processor's policies.
