eBookmela relies on voluntary donations to cover server maintenance, storage costs, and digital archiving efforts. By making a donation, you acknowledge that it is a voluntary contribution.

2. Refund Eligibility

Since donations are processed immediately to fund our ongoing operations, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you believe a transaction was made in error or without your authorization, please contact us immediately.

3. Cancellation of Recurring Donations

If you have set up a recurring monthly or annual donation, you may cancel it at any time through your payment provider or by contacting us. Cancellations will apply to future charges, but past charges cannot be refunded.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team at [email protected] with your transaction ID and the reason for your request. We aim to process all valid refund requests within 5-7 business days.

5. Transaction Fees

Please note that any transaction fees charged by payment processors (like Razorpay) may be deducted from the final refund amount depending on the processor's policies.
